This is a 10-minute creative exercise that will help you reduce tension and release stress at home at the kitchen table using a simple method from painting therapy. To do this, you need the PDF document, a printer and colors (colored pencils, oil pastels, watercolors - whatever you find at home).

Take 10 minutes a day to do this exercise and you will soon notice a change in your stress regulation!
