Do you suffer from sleep disorders, loss of appetite, circling thoughts, racing heart, tension, etc?

Then this simple online painting program will help you relieve your stress and take a breather. (This is not a substitute for a doctor's consultation in the event of long-term stress and risk of burnout!)

 

No previous knowledge is necessary! You can join the course at any time and the evenings can be booked individually.

What you need

Laptop

A4/A3 paper,

Crayons or gouache colors

Wednesdays, 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m

Price: 55 CHF per person and hour
